At Heartlight Home Goods, each piece is thoughtfully created from original artwork and produced especially for you. Because of the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
All Sales Are Final
All items are made to order and, in many cases, hand-finished or signed.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Incorrect selections (size, style, or design)

General wear or use

Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of every piece we create.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

Include:

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the item and packaging
If approved, we will gladly:

Replace the item at no cost to you, or

Offer a refund if a replacement is not available

Lost or Stolen Packages
Heartlight Home Goods is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received. Please check with your carrier and neighbors first. If you need assistance, we’re happy to help guide you through next steps.
Shipping Issues
If your order is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Cancellations
Because orders are processed quickly, cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production and cannot be changed.
